Aisha Augie-Kuta, hailing from Argungu Local Government Area in Kebbi State, Northern Nigeria, is a prominent figure in the world of photography. Her journey into the visual arts began when her father gifted her a camera at a tender age, sparking her lifelong passion for photography.

Aisha’s academic pursuits led her to a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria. Currently, she is working towards an MSc in Media and Communication at Pan Atlantic University in Lagos, Nigeria. Aisha’s commitment to honing her craft extended to international institutions, as she earned certificates in digital filmmaking from the New York Film Academy and curating contemporary art exhibitions from the Chelsea College of Arts in London, UK.
